Great to compare versions and allows you to share verses easily by copy and paste function - love verse of the day - very easy to search and find that chapter and verse you want

Nice app and easy to use, however it does not support slide over and multitasking mode under iOS 9. I have contacted the developer and hope they are listening and add the functionality in the near future, as it is absolutely essential when used in conjunction with other study aids.

It is great to have a Bible with you all the times. This is easy to use.

The 1984 edition is my opinion the best translation of all the NIV editions. It stays closer to the true meanings than does later editions. I believe it may have been the teams that were gathered to initially put this together and the checks and balances that were put it place to make this a truly great translation. From some of the changes and mistakes that were made in later editions, it is clear that the same attention to accuracy were not followed.

Easy to use and like the ability to adjust settings(font, color, brightness). No complaints at all!

I love this version and have used it for years- very glad to have it available electronically! Would love to see the NIV 84 published again and made readily available

Thank you for making this app. When you have studied and memorized a certain translation all your life, its difficult to go to a new one. The app is easy to use, with a great search tool. Although expensive for an app, I would recommend to anyone who loves the 1984 and cant take their paper Bible with them. Im grateful it works offline too.

Thank you for the NIV 84 translation. It is my favorite. I trust I will be able to continue using it as it is. Please, do not update or change it.

i hv used used this app for years now and in general really like it and appreciate having it but the highlighting feature on the newest update isnt working correctly. you cant keep highlighting in the same color but hv to switch colors every time which is disappointing

I was so disappointed when the 1984 NIV version was revised. I have used this version all my life, and in my opinion, the revision was unnecessary and changed the content in an unfavorable way. Finding the 1984 version now is almost impossible. So I was delighted to find this app for my iPad, since I go back and forth between it and my Bible. Even though it is a bit pricey, its worth every penny. Its really no different than purchasing a new Bible; who can put a price on the availability and accuracy of Gods word? I highly recommend this app!

NIV 1984 alone worth 5 stars. The app is very good too. Works well on the 6 plus, with good screen scaling.

I love this app. I bought it for the 1984 NIV, but ended up purchasing all the versions I study from. Best feature, IMO, is that the highlights and notes taken in one version are maintained throughout all versions. This is something other Bible apps lack. Only thing I need now is the ability to look up the original Greek as Im reading through and this will be my only Bible app.
